Creative Studio Manager for our Design & Marketing team
We are looking for a creative leader to be the Studio Manager of our Design & Marketing Studio.
We believe our teams should think like owners. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about customer experience, with an entrepreneurial spirit and a keen eye for detail. Someone who can combine strategic leadership with organised management. A people person who loves to work with others and develop those around them.
This Studio Manager will lead a team of designers and account managers to deliver projects spanning web and graphic design, branding, print and signage.
Experience in the creative industry is essential.
Nettl of Dublin is part of a global network of marketing and design studios. Our studio is based in our city centre location with a multi-skilled design and sales team. It is connected with our signage and print production hubs via our proprietary software. Our Dublin studio also benefits from the expertise and resource of our production hub based nearby in Dublin 24.
Areas of Responsibility
- Responsible for the operational performance, people development and marketing of the Dublin studio.
- Grow the Nettl of Dublin studio through strategic planning and improvements
- Identify the potential opportunities to maximise and weaknesses to address across studio, teams and individuals in order to continuously improve the business.
- Ensure basic processes and principles of core training are in practice each day across the team.
- Pioneer new initiatives, processes and marketing to further grow the success of the studio, while fostering the same approach in your team too.
- Drive operational efficiency and productivity.
- Lead the evaluation and planning of the performance of all aspects of the studio
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of our products, assets and supports, and instill this in the team around you.
In this role, you will:
- Plan + review studio performance; complete SWOT analyses and implement findings
- to improve the business
- Coach and mentor your team in 121 and small group settings
- Lead your team, engaging in weekly 121s and enabling team development
- Manage recruitment and onboarding processes, working with studio team and
- performance team
- Project manage the ongoing work in progress of the studio
- Manage key customer accounts
- Lead generation and new customer acquisition
- Networking and sales activity to supplement marketing campaigns
- Monitor, report upon and affect studio financial performance (including profitability, forecasting, product mix, customer landscape and value added services)

Job Title: Studio Manager (Full time)
Salary: DOE plus OTE
