Website design for Realtors

Coventry-based estate agency Maison Estates sought a website redesign to better reflect their brand and showcase their property listings. We collaborated closely with Maison Estates to understand their target audience and user browsing behaviour.

We incorporated several custom features, including a refined search function with filters and advanced options. The central design theme prioritizes the visual aspects of the home buying journey, utilizing large images and icons throughout to enhance the user experience.

Responsive design
Having a fully responsive site is more important than ever with more people now using mobile devices than desktop computers.

Map with Drawable Area
Using The Google maps API we developed a map that could be drawn on freehand and would allow the user to specify an area based on the shape they had drawn.

CMS
This website is fully integrated into our very own CMS. This allows Maison Estates to edit the content of their website without having to pay for developers time.

Vebra Integration
Using the Vebra API, we enabled Maison Estates to import and display their properties on their site from their property management system.

Faceted Search
Maison Estates required a way for customers to search for a property based on their criteria. We implemented a faceted search on the site to achieve this.
