Air-conditioning experts Brimalk required its website to cover two main objectives. To provide visitors with clear and easy to access information about its services, plus the ability to submit a detailed quotation request. All of this needed to be displayed in a mobile responsive layout.

Details regarding the company’s services included a range of complex data. Various modules were implemented so that this information could be organised in a clean and user-friendly manner thus improving the customer experience when visiting the site.

The quotation form is a multi-faceted document that was created as an online form using complex ‘Gravity Forms’. Once completed this form is used by personnel at Brimalk to prepare a quotation for the client and is therefore providing a key sales and administrative tool to the company.
