Air-conditioning experts Brimalk Limited, wanted their new website to cover two main objectives. To provide visitors clear and easy access to information about its services, plus the ability to submit detailed quotation request information. All of this needed to be displayed in a mobile responsive layout.
Details regarding the company’s services included a range of complex data. Various modules were implemented so that this information could be organized in a clean and user-friendly manner thus improving the customer experience when visiting the site.
The quotation form is a multi-faceted document that was created as an online form using complex ‘Gravity Forms’. Once completed this form is used by personnel at Brimalk to prepare a quotation for the client and is therefore providing a key sales and administrative tool to the company.
