Jim Bolt

Studio Manager

As well as managing our busy studio, Jim is our primary Brand Stylist. He has over 20 years experience in design and marketing, working with businesses throughout Surrey and Sussex, to design branding for builders, websites for wine merchants and leaflets for local charities (amongst many others).

Over the years, Jim has worked with businesses of all shapes and sizes and is happy taking on whatever role each particular business requires, whether that be designing to strict brand guidelines, or even creating brand guidelines for others to follow.

Outside of the studio, Jim can often be found in a darkened room watching the latest cult TV show or film, or propping up a bar with a pint of Guinness.

Jennifer Bolt

Copy Editor

Jen is the wordsmith of this successful husband and wife team. Having taught English to teenagers for several years, she knows a thing or two about subordinate clauses and the correct use of a semicolon (certainly a lot more than the rest of us!)

As well as crafting her own head-turning copy, as our resident grammar tyrant, Jen is happiest perfecting the work of others and often has cause to get her red pen out of retirement when reviewing the latest efforts of the rest of the team.

In her free time, Jen sings in two local choirs and can often be seen performing in many of our local churches.

Mr Kipling

Customer Relationship Manager

Mr. Kipling (or ‘Kip’ to his friends) is our Customer Relationship specialist. What Kip doesn’t know about good customer relations isn’t worth knowing. Whether it’s greeting with a smile, listening intently to an issue, or going to sleep on a foot, Kip is, by far, our studio expert.

When not dealing with customers, Kip finds time in his busy schedule to support the rest of the team… often from across the room with his eyes closed.

When not working, Kip enjoys running, fetching a ball, running, jumping over things, running, destroying even the most robust chew toys in less than 5 minutes, running and running.
