We wish to share with you the actions we’re taking to ensure the safety, health and wellbeing of our employees, customers, and business partners during the Covid‑19 pandemic. These include:
- Various financial models to support staff’s roles and positions
- Staff have free access to EAP Services for support of their wellbeing
- Encouraging our staff to work from home when showing any signs of illness
- To minimise contact, we are encouraging our staff and customers to engage using phone, online solutions and courier services
- We have created a minimum of 2 metres of separation between staff to reduce chance of infection
- Staff must use gloves are used when opening packages
- Increased focus on hygiene and cleaning. Cleaning has increased, all staff must wash their hands for 20 seconds and all surfaces are disinfected frequently
- Hand sanitiser available throughout our offices and factory
- Visitors are not permitted to enter the building unless arranged prior
- Anyone travelling from overseas must self-isolate for 14 days on return
- Suspension of all domestic and international travel
- We have postponed our Annual Conference (due in May)
We are constantly reviewing our practices to ensure we are doing our upmost to ensure the safety of everyone. And will update this page as we make changes.
