Timbertree Academy

Timbertree Academy is a Primary School in Cradley Heath who’s pupil’s embrace technology so much they requested a site to manage themselves. They put forward the brief and we built the site. The children filled in a questionnaire as to how they would like the site to look and the features they required. Our task was to ensure we made the site nice and colourful and easy to navigate, not too dissimilar to that of CBeebies.

They expressed they really wanted an area to play online games, including educational favourites such as ‘Mathletics’. Other features were to have a blog page plus areas to learn about current topics along with a zone to ask teachers questions. The pupils visited our studio to learn the ropes and now run the site themselves!
